Ybor Residential Parking Permits

South Ybor City  (Bound by 6th Avenue by the North, Nick Nuccio Parkway and North 13th Street by the West, Adamo Drive by the South, and North 21st Street by the East)

You may contact the Ybor City offices of the Parking Division between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The office phone number is 813-242-5483. The Ybor City offices of the Parking Division are located at 1500 East 5th Avenue (ground level of the Centro Ybor Parking Garage, 16th Street side)

The Parking Division will require two of the six items for proof of residence:

  1. Current Florida driver's license with address in the defined boundary
     
  2. Current utility bill in your name with address in the defined boundary
     
  3. Current property rental agreement
     
  4. Current property purchase agreement
     
  5. Current land line telephone bill in your name with address in the defined boundary
     
  6. Hillsborough County property tax bill with address in the defined boundary

  1. Current City of Tampa business license with address in the defined boundary
     
  2. Current utility bill in the name of the business with address in the defined boundary
     
  3. Current land line telephone bill in the name of the business with address in the defined boundary
     
  4. Current property purchase agreement
     
  5. Hillsborough County property tax bill with address in the defined boundary
     

Under the guidelines of this program, the City offers three separate types of parking permits for use within a residential parking permit zone:

Residential Permit - One (1) permit per residential address. Eligible for one additional permit per address provided no off-street parking assigned to that residential address.

Residential Business Permit - Four (4) permits per residential business address for use during restricted hours.

Residential Guest Permit - One (1) permit per residential address. Additional residential guest permits may be purchased at daily and weekly rates.
